| 摘 要： | 以群众体育和竞技体育的发展为主线,分阶段回顾了新中国体育发展战略重点调整的历程.研究认为,新中国体育发展战略重点调整始终在普及与提高相结合的要求下进行;振兴中华的国家和民族取向,促进了对竞技体育的有所侧重;顺应经济社会变化而实行的调整,体现了实事求是的思想路线;体育发展战略重点的调整,体现了继承发展、逐步完善的历史进程;有所侧重战略下,形成了竞技体育与群众体育的明显落差.对"后奥运时期"正确处理群众体育与竞技体育发展的关系提出了建议.
