| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法，对健身团队如何在社区体育设施，组织，指导．信息等方面发挥服务作用进行了探讨，认为健身团队在社区体育服务体系中起到了积极作用，促进了衽区文化和社区服务的发展，并提出要完善团队建设、加强组织网络体系构建等建议。
