| 摘 要： | 全运会是我国发展竞技体育的最高组织形式和最主要的体制，对我国体育事业的发展起到了举足轻重的作用。长期以来，学者和广大人民群众对全运会体制褒贬不一，对全运会体制改革的呼声也日趋激烈。回首我国体育事业的发展，面对我国体育事业发展的现状，我们有必要从历史的角度重新审视我国全运会体制的时代性、科学性以及这一体制存在的利弊，为我们重新认识、不断完善这一体制提供一些经验和教训。文章试图采用文献资料的研究方法，力争准确客观地评价全运会体制的现实性和科学性，并对全运会体制改革走向进行思考。

| Abstract: | The National Sports Meeting,being the highest organization form and the most important system for China's national athletics,has a great effect on the national athletics development.For many years,many scholars and a variety of people have held different appraisement about this system.And gradually,the voice for the National Sports Meeting System reform becomes stronger and stronger.Facing the history and actuality of our national athletics development,we should reconsider the different era,rationality,advantages and disadvantages of this system from historical angle in order to get experiences and lessons for the reappraisal and the perfection of this system.The author adopts the literature research method;tries to revaluate the reality and rationality of the National Sports Meeting System;and presents his opinion on the system reform direction. |
