| 摘 要： | 为了了解福建省普通高校贯彻《全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要》的情况,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对福建省17所普通本科院校体育教学目标改革的现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:福建省普通高校体育教学在运动参与、运动技能、身体健康的目标改革方面取得了一定的成绩;但心理健康与社会适应的目标改革并不理想。提出了激发大学生体育运动热情;改革大学体育教学;普及健康知识等对策。

| Abstract: | In order to understand Fujian Colleges and Universities' implementation of "Guideline for National Colleges and Universities Physical Education Teaching",this paper researches the status quo of PE teaching objective reform among 17 Fujian colleges and universities,by means of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.The result shows: PE teaching has made some achievements in the objective reform of sports participation,sports skill,and body health,but the objective reform of psychological health and social adjustment does not achieve its desired goal.Based on the existing problems,this paper presents corresponding measures. |
