“组合分层递进法”在健美操教学中的实验研究

摘    要:以哈尔滨学院2006级400名学生为研究对象,采用走访对比、文献资料和实验分析等研究方法,分析了组合分层递进法在高校健美操教学中应用的优越性和实效性。结果表明:组合分层递进教学法把各层次的学生按不同的体能水平分组进行教学,使各层次学生的体能水平接近,不但调动了学生学习健美操动作的积极性,而且使多数学生在心理和生理方面都能得到充分发展,有利于教师安排教材、教法、练习密度和运动量,能调动各层次学生的能动性,使优者能向更高层次发展,使弱者更有信心、有目标,有效地提高了健美操的教学效果。
