| 摘 要： | 为促进高校体育教学改革的进一步推进，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和归纳演绎法等研究方法，对福建省高校体育教学改革的发展趋势和存在问题进行分析，提出了确立“健康第一”的指导思想；制定科学的高校体育教学目标；构建高校体育教学目标的课程体系；编写适应高校体育教学目标要求的体育教材；建立高素质的高校体育师资队伍的对策。

| Abstract: | In order to accelerate reform of physical education in colleges and universities,this paper,based on documentation and interviews with experts,analyzes the trends and problems in the reform.Among the solutions are establishing the guiding principle of "Health should be given first priority",formulating the curriculum and scientific teaching objectives,compiling textbooks,and training teachers. |
