| 摘 要： | 休闲体育作为休闲活动的重要组成部分,它以丰厚的内涵,为现代人的精神追求提供了领域和手段,它以人的本质的力量和社会的活动来肯定人、赞扬人、陶冶人、美育人,化解现代生活对人们精神的种种束缚。体育以其特有的功能在满足现代人的精神追求方面发挥着极其重要的作用。
