| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法对我国运动休闲特色小镇的发展定位、发展困境与发展路径进行研究。我国运动休闲特色小镇的发展定位为:以市场需求为主、以发展趋势为纲、以小镇文化为魂、以服务体验至上。发展困境为:“需求与文化”双缺失、“趋势”不明确、“体验”无特色。发展路径为:通过调整价格扩大特色小镇的市场需求量;加强文化交流与保护,提升特色小镇的文化软实力;规范资本介入,打造特色小镇的产业平台;调整产业布局,引领特色小镇产业趋势;吸纳优质人才,优化产业结构;发展智能体育,增强消费体验。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper studies the development orientation,development dilemma and development path of sports and leisure Characteristic Towns in China.The development orientation of sports and leisure Characteristic Towns in China is:market demand,development trend,town culture and service experience.The development dilemma is the lack of“demand and culture”,“unclear trend”and“experience”without characteristics.The development path is:expand the market demand of characteristic towns by adjusting prices;Strengthen cultural exchange and protection,and enhance the cultural soft power of characteristic towns;Standardize capital intervention and create an industrial platform for characteristic towns;Adjust the industrial layout and lead the industrial trend of characteristic towns;Absorb high-quality talents and optimize the industrial structure;Develop intelligent sports and enhance consumption experience. |
