| 摘 要： | 为了全面了解厦门市社区体育开展的现状，采用问卷调查、访谈、文献资料等方法对厦门市社区体育在政策、管理、经费、人员、场地、群众参与等方面进行调查研究，结果表明：厦门市社区体育管理相对松散；政府对社区体育经费投入不足；社区体育资源丰富但分布不均；社区体育指导员配备严重不足；社区体育场地设施不足且分布不均；社区居民参与社区体育的积极性低。提出加强社区体育的领导与管理、整合社区体育资源、加大经费投入等对策。
