| 摘 要： | 近年来,黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展迅猛,与其他省份相比,黑龙江省在地理环境、历史及人文资源、场地设施等方面具有一定的优势.但同时,缺乏统筹规划及专业人才、服务质量不高、宣传力度不够等方面的劣势也十分明显.本文运用SWOT模型,并结合文献资料法、逻辑分析法对黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的现状进行分析,指出黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的优势、劣势、当前面临的机遇和威胁.并通过不同组合的讨论分析,提出促进黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展的相应对策,旨在为黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的合理规划和发展提供依据.

| Abstract: | In recent years, the rapid development of the ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province, compared with other provinces, Heilongjiang province has certain advantages in geographical environment, historical and cultural resources,and facilities. But at the same time, the lack of overall planning and professional talents, service quality is not high, the lack of publicity and other aspects of disadvantage is obvious. This paper uses the SWOT model, combined with literature data method, logic analysis method of the ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang provinces analyzed, the ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province , points out the advantages and disadvantages,the opportunities and threats. By analyzing the different combinations of analysis, put forward to promote the development of ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide reference for the rational planning of the ice - snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province and development. |
