| 摘 要： | 始于20世纪90年代的滑雪旅游,在各级政府的引导与投入过程中,以滑雪场建设为核心,积累了一定的产业资源,但产业规模效应不强,效率与效益有待提高.本文在理清滑雪旅游公共服务重点,分析滑雪旅游资源配置现状的基础上,提出滑雪旅游的资源配置应强化公共服务作用,政府对滑雪旅游资源配置要深入发挥科学引导、政策扶持、监督促进作用;积极引入社会资本对滑雪旅游资源的投入,通过多种途径提高公共服务质量,满足人们日益增长的滑雪旅游消费需求.

| Abstract: | The construction of the ski resort since l990s ,with the government＇s guide and investment , the accumulation of industry foundation has been improved. But it still has some problems, the industry scale effect is not strong. And it needs to improve the efficiency and benefit. The author gives some advice about the industry by analyzing and cultivating the Chinese Ski industries＂ situation. The government should give more scientific guides, policy support and should improve supervision and promoting to strengthen the construction of the industrialization and its socialization, enhance the public service to meet the increasing de- mand on ski tourism in China. |
