| 摘 要： | 滑冰运动作为黑龙江省传统体育项目有其独特的历史地位和重要意义。黑龙江省是我国冰上运动大省，肩负着为国家输送滑冰后备人才的艰巨任务。伊春市位于小兴安岭南麓，山清水秀人杰地灵，堪称“培育速滑世界冠军的摇篮”。文章通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对伊春市中小学滑冰运动的开展状况进行调查与研究。结果表明：影响伊春市中小学滑冰运动的开展因素，主要包括师资力量、场地器材、观念滞后等因素。文章通过寻找有利于发展滑冰项目的新途径，对滑冰运动在伊春市中小学的可持续发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Skating sports is a traditional sports that have their unique historical position and important meaning in Heilongjiang province which is a ice sports province, has the responsibility to state transportation skating backup talents of the task. Yichun is located in south of xiaoxinganling mountain, which has beautiful scenery, they call ＂foster the cradle of speed skating world champion＂. Through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, do the survey and research of ice-skating sports development of middle and primary school in Yichun . The results show that the influence of ice-skating sports in primary and secondary schools in Yichun, mainly including teachers strength, location equipment, ideas lagging behind, and other factors. By looking for is beneficial to the development of new ways of skating project, provide a reference basis for sustainable developmen of ice-skating sports in Yichun primary and secondary Schools. |
