| 摘 要： | 为优化运动员培养与保障方案,了解并评价退役运动员社会适应能力基本状况,进一步提高退役运动员再就业的质量。研究采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、因子分析与层次分析法等构建基于职业转换视角下的退役运动员适应能力指标体系。结果显示,此指标体系包括了5个一级指标,21个二级指标及其权重,5个一级指标及其权重依次为:职业关键能力(34.61%)、综合实践能力(28.11%)、沟通交往能力(14.25%)、自我管理能力(12.39%)、思想道德修养(10.64%)。此指标体系为退役运动员社会适应能力的研究与判定提供了一个初步分析框架,建议在今后退役运动员社会适应能力培养方面可以向所占比重较大的能力倾斜。

The Construction of Social Adaptability Index System of Retired Athletes in China from the Perspective of Career Transformation |

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the training and guarantee program for athletes,understand and evaluate the social adaptability of retired athletes,and further improve the quality of re-employment of retired athletes.This study combines literature research,Delphi method,factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process to construct an adaptive index system for retired athletes based on career transition.The results show that this indicator system includes five first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and their weights.The five first-level indicators and their weights are: occupational key capacity(34.61%),comprehensive practice ability(28.11%),communication Communication ability(14.25%),self-management ability(12.39%),ideological and moral cultivation(10.64%).This indicator system provides a preliminary analysis framework for the research and judgment of the social adaptability of retired athletes.It is suggested that the ability of the retired athletes to adapt to the social adaptability in the future can be tilted toward a larger proportion. |
