| 摘 要： | 龙狮运动是中华民族传统的体育活动,是中华民族灿烂文化的一部分。高校开展龙狮课程与教学,不仅有助于推进我国高校体育课程建设,更有利于民族文化的传承和民族精神的弘扬。采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法对我国高校龙狮运动课程与教学现状进行了深入调查,分析了当前高校龙狮课程与教学中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了我国高校龙狮运动课程与教学的改革对策,以期为高校龙狮课程与教学改革提供参考。
