| 摘 要： | 文章解析足球改革20年后，丰富的培养路径却使中国青少年足球后备人才却出现了严重萎缩，在足球人才储备上中国足球的发展已难以为续，以及人才匮乏导致的国字号队伍大赛成绩循环下降的种种现状。意在找出阻碍中国青少年足球后备人才培养的相关问题，并提出解决对策以供参考。

| Abstract: | The essay analyzed that after two decades’ reform,various measures of player training led to inadequate youth resources.The players’ reservation cannot supply the developments of Chinese football,to the result of recursive-descent of national team performances.The essay tried to figure out the problems in athlete trainings for reference. |
