太极拳动作要领“沉肩坠肘”的解析

摘    要:通过查阅相关文献资料和教学实践并运用运动解剖学和运动力学的理论知识,进一步剖析了太极拳动作要领“沉肩坠肘”的理论涵义,研究和实践表明“沉肩坠肘”动作要领可理解为,练习时肩部关节放松、下沉,胸背撑开,并有意识地使两肩胛骨向外横撑有相合之力,在保持肘窝拧裹向上的同时,肘尖下垂,不可外翻。通过对内涵和外延的剖析和理解,可以很好的对太极拳的教学和练习提供多学科的理论依据,领悟太极拳动作要领“沉肩坠肘”的内涵,使教学者和练习者更好地理解和掌握太极拳的拳理。

Abstract:Theory of meaning through the use of theoretical knowledge of human anatomy and body the mechanical, further analysis of the tai chi movements essentials shoulders dropped and elbows,research and practice shows that the new interpretation of the shoulders dropped and elbows action essentials: refers to the practice when shoulderMinistry of joints to relax,sink,thoracodorsal softened,and the two scapula outward horizontal support consistency of force to maintain the cubital fossa twist wrapped up at the same time,Zhou Jian,sagging,non-algus.
