| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,我国高校篮球队取得了一定的成绩,形成了浓厚的高校篮球文化氛围,推进了高校全面素质教育,还在我国篮球运动的普及和提高上发挥着重要的作用。本文通过文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,总结分析了我国高校篮球队训练与管理的现状,指出高校篮球队发展对策,以期为我国高校篮球队的建设和进一步深化改革提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In new history period,our country colleges basketball team has got a certain achievement,atmosphere having formed strong colleges and universities basketball culture,have pushed forward all-round quality education of colleges and universities,as early as our country is bringing the important effect into play on popularizing and rise that basketball moves.Through the method of documentation,interview and questionnaire,analyzed the present condition on training and management of university excellent basketball team in China,the purpose is giving some reference for construction and reform. |
