| 摘 要： | 从教育学角度出发,对高校体育教师素质结构存在的主要问题,高校体育教师的理想素质结构以及实现途径做了深入细致的研究。高校体育教师的素质结构包括专业知识、专业能力、专业精神等三方面的要求。高等院校需要通过建立严格的教师聘用制度,树立终身学习的教育观念,引入竞争机制,实行有效激励等途径来构建高素质体育教师队伍。
