| 摘 要： | 混合防守是篮球运动中一项对运动员的身体素质、反应快速、应变能力和战术意识等要求比较高的防守战术。该文通过查阅文献资料对混合防守战术的形式及变化规律进行了研究，对临场运用混合防守战术以及在教学训练中应注意事项进行了分析探讨。

| Abstract: | Mixed defense in basketball is a high defensive tactics for players' body quality,reactive speed,strain ability,tactics consciousness and so on.The present paper researches on the forms and law of changes in the mixed defensive tactics by using reference materials.It also ana- lyzes the usage of the mixed defensive tactics and how to use them in teaching and training. |
