| 摘 要： | 消防员的职业特点决定了他们经常会处于高温、高压的环境当中,加大了他们产生心血管疾病(CVD)的风险。运用文献资料法,阐述了大量国外运动干预对降低消防员CVD风险因素的研究,对消防员CVD的风险因素、不同运动形式干预消防员CVD危险因素等进行综述。结果显示:CVD是导致消防员死亡的主要原因之一;年龄、肥胖、心肺适应能力(CRF)低下和心理压力等是影响消防员CVD的风险因素;不同的运动干预可以改善消防员的CVD风险因素。

| Abstract: | Firefighters are often exposed to high temperatures and pressures, which together increase their risk of cardiovascular disease(CVD). Many foreign literatures show that firefighters have to bear great physical load and psychological pressure due to their occupational characteristics, and CVD is one of the main causes of death of firefighters. Age, obesity, low cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)and psychological stress are the risk factors affecting CVD of firefighters,and different exercise interventions can improve CVD risk factors for firefighters. |
