摘    要:随着年龄增长,老年人会出现Sarcopenia、骨质疏松等退行性问题,这将对老年人保持身体健康和独立生活能力形成巨大威胁。抗阻练习可通过延缓Sarcopenia和增加骨密度对这种退行性问题起到限制作用。不过在练习过程中应根据老年人体质特点和练习目的,科学安排练习负荷、频率、组数、休息时间等参数,使老年抗阻练习进行的更合理、更有效。

Abstract:With the age,the old people will have some degenerative problems of Sarcopenia and osteoporosis,which could threaten tremendously their health and independent life.The anti-resistance exercises could restrict this sort of degenerative problems through delaying Sarcopenia and increasing bone density.So,in order to let the aged do anti-resistance exercises more reasonably and more effectively,they should scientifically arrange exercises' loads,frequency,groups,rest time and so on,according to their physical c...
