| 摘 要： | 运动影响骨代谢已经被大量的实验研究所证实,但运动影响骨代谢的机制尚不十分清楚。OPG/RANKURANK系统是成骨细胞和破骨细胞之间相互作用的信号传导通道,是迄今为止所发现的调节骨代谢的最重要的机制之一。实验研究已证实运动通过这个系统影响骨代谢,但运动通过该系统调节骨代谢的机制尚不十分清楚。某些激素和细胞因子可以影响OPG/RANKL/RANK系统。最新研究表明,机械力也可以直接影响该系统。那么运动通过OPC/RANKL/RANK系统影响骨代谢的调节是由运动导致某些激素和细胞因子的改变引起还是由于骨骼肌的持续收缩而对骨骼产生的张力而引起的？本文就此进行一个评述。

| Abstract: | Although it was improved by lots of experimental researches that exercises could influence the bone metabolism,its mechanism was not yet clear.The OPG/RANKL/RANK system is the signal pathway that osteoblast and osteoelat interact,which is one of the most important mechanisms of regulating bone metabolism.This article discusses it is what cause the regulation of bone metabolism that the exercise influences them through OPG/RANKL/RANK system. |
