| 摘 要： | 依据（FIG）2005—2008年竞技健美操竞赛规则，运用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计等方法，对第9届世界健美操锦标赛混双决赛的前3名与中国队第5名的比赛动作进行对比研究。结果表明：中国混双选择0．3、0．6、0．7分值的难度动作较少；选择C组难度动作偏多而B组难度动作偏少；难度动作的整体分布欠均衡；难度动作的完成质量还存在一定的差距；成套动作的时间较短。

| Abstract: | According to the FIG Rules of Competitive Aerobics in 2005-2008, we make a comparative analysis on the competition movements of the top 3 mix-double teams and China team （the 5th place） in the 9th World Aerobics Championship through videos-watching, documents, and mathematic statistics. The results show that the diflieuh part, China team chose, of C-part is more than B-part; and the score 0.3, 0.6, and 0.7 for difficulties are less than the others. On the other hand, the distributing of difficult part is not well balanced among the whole, and not only its technical execution is inferior to the others＇, but also the set of movements lasts too short. |
