| 摘 要： | 运用调查法、访谈法、献资料法、数量统计法等，对陕西南部地区98所各级中小学、285名体育教师现状进行分析研究，其结果显示，体育教师学历结构、职称结构、年龄结构不尽合理，流失较严重，工作环境较差，待通相对偏低，提出陕西地区加强师资队伍薄弱环节建设的新思路与建议，为主管部门领导决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the present situation of 285 physical education teachers of 98 primary and middle schools in the southem area of shaanxi by ways of interview, questionnaire and mathematics statistics. The result showed that it is not reasonab-le in constitutions of physical education teachers' educalion age, background and technical title, and worse in teachers working environ-ment, and lower in salary. The paper pointed out a new way to solve above problems and gave suggestions to strengthen the weak cons-titution of physical educalion teacher for the main leading department. |
