| 摘 要： | 血脂异常是糖尿病慢性并发症（心脑肾血管疾病）的主要危险因素,同时,脂质代谢紊乱又可以损伤B细胞功能（即所谓＂脂毒性＂）和加重胰岛素抵抗,导致病情进一步恶化。本文对链脲佐菌素（STZ）所致糖尿病大鼠施以运动及灵芝多糖双重干预后,发现运动结合灵芝多糖在降低糖尿病大鼠血糖的同时有明显降低血脂的效果。

| Abstract: | Dyslipidemia is the main risk factor of diabetes-related chronic compliations, at the same time, lipid metabolism disorder can damage B cell faction and exacerbation the resistance of insulin, lead the deterioration of diseases. This article intervention the sports and ganoderan to the diabetes rats caused by streptozotocin, find out that combination sports with ganoderan has the obvious effect of reduce blood fat when reduce the blood glucose of diabetes rats. |
