| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计与比较等方法，系统分析了当今世界女子体操全能项目的竞争格局、态势及发展趋向与特征等，结果发现：女子全能长期由罗、俄争霸的格局已被打破，中、美争霸，罗、俄冲击的新格局已形成，并将成为新奥运周期女子全能竞争的主旋律；四项实力均衡、强项突出且能以弱项完成的高质量而获取“不低的高分”，是顶尖优秀全能女选手竞争奖牌的主要特征；而选择具有高稳定性的高A分价值的动作，还是众多优秀全能女选手各项动作编排的总体特征；全能竞争更加激烈，具有兼项能力的全能型选手，将可获得较大的奖牌争夺空间；减少及避免失误、强化动作完成的质量及提高各项成套动作的完成稳定性等，是中国女子全能选手努力的方向。
