| 摘 要： | 健美操是一项具有鲜明的时代感、韵律感、节奏感和较高锻炼价值的体育项目,深受中学生的普遍喜爱,将健美操教学运用到中学体育课中,不仅可以改变以往常规体育课的单一化程序化,更丰富了课的形式和内容。本文通过问卷调查法、文献法、访问法对中山市部分中学健美操课开展情况进行了调查。分析了中山市中学健美操课开展现状及存在的问题,以及影响中学健美操活动开展的一系列因素,并针对调查研究结果提出相对应的策略,为普及健美操运动项目在中学的发展提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Aerobics dancing is a sports event which has the bright time feeling,sense of rhythm,rhythm sensation and high value of exercise.As a result,it is deeply loved by middle-school students.Application of aerobics dancing to middle school physical education can not only change the boring routinization,but also rich the forms and contents of classes.This article,through questionnaire survey,literature reviews and interview methods,studies the development situation of aerobics dancing education in some of the secondary schools in zhongshan city.And then it analyses the current situation,existing problems and a series of impacting factors.Moreover,depending on study results,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and provides theoretical references on aerobics＇ popularization in high schools. |
