| 摘 要： | 本文从若干个着力点分析了构建普通高校阳光体育的长效机制,提出了积极开展课外体育活动,发挥体育社团功能及优势,拓展课外体育内容等建议。同时注重体育场地设施的建设,吸引学生投入到＂阳光体育运动＂中来。对全面推进素质教育,加强学校体育工作具有深远的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the effective system of construction of sunshine sports in colleges from several points and puts forward recommendations including carring out extracurricular athletics positively,expressing the functions and superiorities of physical organizations and expanding the contents of extracurricular athletics.At the same time,the article proposes that it is also necessary to build sports facilities and then attract students to take part into ＂sunshine sports＂ which has a profound and lasting significance to promote quality-oriented education and strengthen physical education of colleges. |
