| 摘 要： | 课外体育是实现我国学校体育目标的重要组织形式．本文采用文献法、访谈法、问卷法，就高中毕业班学生课外体育活动的情况，对福建省15所一类学校5600名高中毕业班学生参与课外体育活动的态度、活动次数、活动时长、活动形式以及活动动机和影响因素等进行了调查．针对出现的问题提出了合理的建议和相应的对策，为今后的学校体育教学与指导课外体育活动提供参考
