| 摘 要： | 随着航运事业的迅速发展,对航海专业人才的要求不断提高。航海院校的体育教学对学生的体质、心理等会产生深远的影响。加强高职院校航海类专业体育教学模式的研究是体育教学改革的重要环节,本文针对目前高职院校航海类专业体育教学中存在的主要问题,提出新的体育教学思路,从而提高高职院校航海类专业学生的体育课质量,进而满足航海职业对船员身体素质的特殊要求。
