| 摘 要： | 休闲是人在除了恢复体力之外的，对精神、心理和文化的更高的需求。休闲作为一种积极参加生活的方式，是一种人生的境界和追求，是人类社会文明的标识。体育休闲是人类创造的有利于人类自身发展的高级理想生活方式。体育运动已成为一种文化，成为一种生活方式和一种生活的自觉。体育与休闲的结合并不是体育的一种新的形式，而是在时代背景下，人们对工业文明带来的体育异化现象的反思，是体育以人为本的回归。与西方的体育休闲文化相比，我国的体育休闲文化以“静”为主，在内容形式和功用具有明显的中国文明特色。

| Abstract: | The leisure is high need to spirit,mental and culture beside of recovering one’s physical strength.As a kind of positive living way,it’s the realm and pursue of life,the symbol of human society culture.Sports lei-sure is ideal life style that in favor of human oneself development.The sport has become a kind of culture,style living self-conscious.The combination of leisure and sport is not a new form of sport,but human’s think at the return of the appearance of the industry civilization under the age background.It’s the return of people toriented in sports.Compare with the western sports leisure,our sports leisure having the obviously Chinese civilization features in contents and effect. |
