| 摘 要： | 本文通过访谈法和文献资料法,对北京市区五个不同的公园内中老年人群体育锻炼情况进行研究,总结分析了不同公园人群的锻炼习惯以及他们之间存在的差异性。结论显示越接近市区的中老年人群锻炼积极性越高,锻炼的方式种类越丰富,锻炼的氛围也越浓,中老年人群在自发形成锻炼团体的同时缺乏科学的锻炼指导。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of interview and literature review , this paper makes summary on elderly sports exercise in five parks of Beijing , analyzes their exercise habit and difference .It concludes that the more close to the urban area of the elderly , the higher of exercise enthusiasm and the atmosphere is more concentrated . The elderly people are lack of scientific exercise guideline in the spontaneous formation of exercise group . |
