| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等方法,从江苏普通高校开设舞龙舞狮体育选项课的价值、依据及有利条件进行了探讨,对其开展的可行性进行了阐述。结果表明：舞龙舞狮运动是一项非常优秀的民族传统体育项目,舞龙舞狮体育选项课符合普通高校课程改革的需要,适合在江苏普通高校中开展。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire and logical analysis, this paper discusses the values, the grounds and the advantages in taking the dragon dance and the lion dance as an optional course of physical education in Jiangsu institutions of higher learning, followed by an exposition to its feasibility. The result shows that the dragon dance and the lion dance, as the traditional national sports, can be taken as an elective to meet the demand of the course reform in the institutions of higher learning so that it is practical to develop the sports in ordinary college of Jiangsu. |
