| 摘 要： | 随着经济体制的改革,我国＂全民健身计划＂和＂奥运争光战略＂同步推行,体育教育从根本上摆脱了＂粗放型＂模式走上＂集约型＂发展的健康道路,同时也使我国体教专业人才培养模式面临着前所未有的挑战。根据这一形势本文突破以往的教学与训练分化的状况,引入＂教学训练一体化＂理念,并理论联系实际的采用＂教学训练课＂的形式运用到体教专业健美操人才的培养中,取得了教学、训练双丰收,由此验证了体教专业健美操专业人才新型培养模式的可行性;同时也证明＂教学训练一体化＂理论在培养体教专业人才中的可行性与科学性。
