| 摘 要： | 通过对普通高校硕士研究生体育课教师配置的研究,即对体育教师职称、学历、教学方法的需求进行调查,以及体育专家对硕士研究生理想体育教师配置的建议综合分析,得出未来硕士研究生体育教育中对教师的要求和教师素质的培养和建立。
