高校定向运动选项课教学失误分析与对策研究

摘    要:运用文献资料法、解析法对高校定向运动选项课存在的教学失误及成因进行研究,并提出相应的对策。结果显示:高校定向运动选项课教学失误主要有教学目标内容不清、教学组织的规范性和科学性低、路线设计不合理、教学设施不完备、考核评价不合理。导致教学失误的原因主要是教学理论不完善,学科体系不够系统;教师的专业素质较低;学生选项目的的偏差;学生兴趣爱好不稳定;学生本身素质参差不齐;学校行政领导重视程度不够,专项资金不足。提出如下对策:加强素质教育,提高学生对定向运动的认识;提高师资力量,加快定向运动理论体系的建设;改善教学设施,提高考核评价的合理性等。

Research on Teaching Lapses of College Orientation Course

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review and analytics, this paper makes analysis on reasons of teaching lapses in college orientation course and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. The conclusion shows that the main teaching lapses of college orientation course are as following: the teaching objectives are not clear, the normative of its teaching organization and scientific are low, the design of the route is not reasonable, the teaching facilities are not sufficient, the performance evaluation is not reasonable. The teaching theory is not perfect, the subject system is not enough systemic, the teacher' s professional qualities are low, the aims of the students' options are not right, the students' interests are unstable, their body qualities are on various levels, the school leaders do not attach much importance to it and the special funds are insufficient which makes the main reasons of teaching lapses in college orientation course. The main purpose is to improve the students' knowledge in orienteering, strengthen the education quality, improve the faculty qualities, speed up the construction of the theoretical system, better the teaching facilities, and improve the rationality of the evaluation.
