| 摘 要： | 由于“应试教育”和“重智力轻体育”思想的负面影响，体育是当前推行素质教育的薄弱环节，中学校园体育文化的现状不容乐观。加强中学校园体育意识文化建设，巩固传统特色体育的校园体育文化，充分利用现代信息网络在中学校园体育文化中的传播，体育课教学积极采用现代高科技技术手段，注重体育课教学与课外体育活动有机结合，促进中学校园体育文化对全面实施素质教育，推动新课程的改革与发展，施行《体育与健康课程标准》，加强学校体育工作，促进学生养成锻炼身体的良好习惯，陶冶学生情操，培养学生的竞争意识、合作意识和勇敢顽强的意志品质。

| Abstract: | Since the negative influence of examination - oriented education and high value intelligence and neglect sports concept, sports become the weak point to promote the quality education. The current situation of middle school campus sports culture is not optimistic. We should strengthen middle school campus sports consciousness cultural advancement, consolidate tradition characteristic sports campus sports culture, modem information network of make full use of propagation in middle school campus sports culture, physical education teaching adopt the modem high technology means actively, attach importance to physical education teaching and sports activities after school be organically combined, promote middle school campus sports culture education for all -around development into practice face to face all round, drive new course reformation and develop, come into force ＂sports and healthy course standard ＂, reinforce the school sports job, boost a student developing the fine habit of take the body exercise, cultivate student temperament, train student＇ s consciousness competing for mental consciousness, working together and brave indomitable willpower. |
