| 摘 要： | 研究目的:针对初学者恐水心理研究的研究较为匮乏,本文对于山西省小店区小学高年级学生游泳初学者恐水心理进行调查分析与研究,对其恐水心理进行分析研究,为山西省青少年及儿童等未成年人的游泳教学的发展提供理论指导和科学研究依据.研究方法:针对太原市小店区随机选择四所学校,随机选择四、五、六年级学生进行发放问卷,对数据结果进行统计分析。研究结果:(1)青少年自身心理因素是造成恐水的主要原因。(2)恐水心理可通过心理辅导及身体素质锻炼得到改善。

| Abstract: | Research purposes:research on beginners’ fear of water psychology is scarce. This paper investigates and analyzes the water-sucking psychology of swimming beginners in the primary school of Xiaodian District,Shanxi Province,and analyzes its fear of water. The purpose is to provide theoretical guidance and scientific research basis for the development of swimming teaching for adolescents and children. Research methods:randomly select students in grades 4,5 and 6 of four schools in Xiaodian District to issue questionnaires. The results are statistically analyzed. Research results:(1)Adolescents’ own psychological factors are the main cause of fear of water.(2)The fear of water can be improved through psychological counseling and physical fitness. |
