| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和田野实证、电话采访与考察相结合的方法，对湖南省普通高中体育校本课程开发状况进行了调查与分析。结果表明：教师素质和学校状况是影响高中体育校本课程开发的重要因素，建议尽快强化教师素质培养，解除对体育课程的不公平待遇；以体育校本课程开发为突破口，改变目前高中体育课现状，促进学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper makes investigation on developing condition of school - based physical education curriculum of high schools. The result shows that the teacher quality and school condition is the main influence factors. It suggests that we should improve teacher＇ s quality quickly, unchain the unfair treatment on physical education curriculum and change the current situation of high schools physical education in order to make students develop in every aspect by regarding national school -based curriculum development to physical education as a breakthrough. |
