| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、比较分析法和数理统计法等方法,对湖北省黄石市12所中学的课外体育锻炼情况进行了调查,通过了解目前黄石市中学生课外体育锻炼的实际状况,对影响他们参加体育活动的因素进行了分析,并提出有益于课外体育活动开展的相关建议。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaires, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an investigation on the present condition of school students' participation in extracurricular physical exercises of 12 middle schools in Huangshi city. After investigation on practical condition of student's extracurricular physical exercise, the influencing factors on it were analyzed and corresponding suggestions which were beneficial in developing the physical activity were put forward. |
