| 摘 要： | 本文通过文献资料,专家访谈等研究方法,了解到目前体育研究生招生情况及其就业的形式,由此引起对田径教学改革的思考。学校田径教学应采用多种方法和手段,完善田径教材自身的科学性和完整性,全面提高教师素质,在教学中突出田径运动的健身属性,建立更加符合田径内容考核与评价体系,提高田径研究生技术与理论水平,激励学生加入到田径运动中来。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper makes clear on recruitment and employment of sport graduate student and puts forward the consideration on athletic teaching reform. School athletic teaching should use many kinds of methods, perfect its scientific nature and the integrity of teaching materials, improve the teacher＇ squality comprehensively, outstand the character of physical fitness in the teaching, establish a system of inspection and appraisal conformed to its content, enhance graduate students＇ technology and the theory level and drove students to join in athletic sport. |
