| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法，专家访谈法，探悉北京理工大学足球队“体教结合”建设高水平运动队的经验，为我国教育部门和体育部门建设高水平运动队提供借鉴。体育回归教育，体育和教育的有机结合，是培养竞技体育后备人才和全面发展的社会主义人才的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and expert interview, this paper explores the combination of sport with education of Beijing University of Technology football team in constructing high level sport team and provides the reference for education and sports department. The returning of sports to education, the combination of sports with education, is the effective way to cultivate sports reserve talented and full - scale development socialism talented. |
