体育产业价值链管理效应与运用研究

摘    要:体育产业价值链管理是为实现体育产业价值增值在价值链上诸多环节之间关系进行宏观调控的行为。它就像一只"无形之手"调控着体育产业价值链的价值活动,并使其产生集群、链式、协同等效应。合理运用这些效应可以降低体育企业成本,孕育新型体育企业,引领产业技术创新,促进产业分工协作,推动体育企业多赢,培养产业核心能力,加强企业战略联盟等。

Abstract:The management of sports industry value chain is the behavior of macro-control in order to value enhancement,which is just like a hand that regulates the value activities of sports industry and comes into cluster effect,chain effect synergistic effect.Those effects providing the right tools can reduce the cost,gestate company,driving innovation,promote division of work and cooperation,and the win-win situation,culture ability,reinforces strategic alliances for sports industry.
