| 摘 要： | 社会经济的快速发展,促使人们进入“休闲时代”,体育活动代替了“娱乐活动”,健康更是人们的需求,休闲体育的社会功能越来越被人们所认识。通过现象和有关数据的分析,从本质上认识休闲体育和全民健身,从而更加促进体育消费,发展体育产业,吸引更多的人参与体育,推动全民健身运动开展,提高国民经济增长点。

| Abstract: | The fast development of social economy brings the people enter a "time of enjoying","the activity of entertainment" is replaced by physical exercise.Health is more needed by everyone,so the function of physical exercise is more and more well known and popularized the civil physical exercise accordingly.By the analysis of the phenomenon and relevant data,we have a full scope of leisure sports and natiorwide body-building.Thereby,it can further promote the cost of sports,develop the sports industry,attract the sports industry,attract more people to be involved in sports,push the expansion of national exercises and improve the growth point of the national economy. |
