| 摘 要： | 运动员保障工作是竞技体育可持续发展的基础。文章立足日本体育文化,在把握日本体育管理体制和竞技体育发展战略演变的基础上,分析了日本运动员保障体系,并结合浙江省运动员保障工作实际,提出了推进浙江省运动员保障工作的意见建议。

| Abstract: | The athletes’ security affairs is the foundation of sustainable development of competitive sports industry.This article analyzes Japanese athlete’s security system on the basis of Japanese culture and sports culture as well as an insight into the characteristics of Japanese competitive sports management?system reform.Combining the practical situation of athlete security in Zhejiang province,the article proposes some suggestions on athlete security work in Zhejiang province. |
