| 摘 要： | 高校体育教育目的不仅要提高大学生的健康水平,同时也要提升他们的精神质量。体育活动有效改善学生的身体机能,增强体质,提高适应能力,释放学生内在的生命能量,迸发激情,从而提升社会生活质量。文章从高校学生体育精神文化现状着手,分析高校学生体育精神文化的缺失情况,提出体育教育教学中学生体育精神文化培养改革方案和行动策略,在实践中初显成效,学生上课出勤率、体育赛事参与度、体测参测率等都有不同程度提高,学生身体素质也明显改善。并对高校体育教育教学中实施体育精神文化改革提出若干建议:挖掘各项体育隐含的体育精神文化内涵和衍生教育价值,弥补体育精神文化缺失;借助载体进行体育精神文化熏陶与传播;全面提升高校学生的体育精神文化水准。

| Abstract: | The purpose of physical education in colleges and universities is not only to improve the health level of college students,but also improve their spiritual quality.Physical activity can effectively improve students'physical function,enhance physical fitness,improve their ability to adapt,and can release their inner life energy,express their passion,thus improving the quality of social life.The paper starts with the current situation of college students'sports spiritual culture,analyzes the lack of physical sports spiritual culture of college students,and proposes the reform plan and action strategy of physical education and teaching students'sports spirit culture.It shows initial results in practice,the attendance rate of students in class,participation in sports events,physical testing rate have been improved to different extents,and the physical fitness of the students has also improved significantly.Some suggestions were put forward for the implementation of sports spiritual culture reform in physical education teaching in colleges and universities:mining the sports spiritual cultural connotation and derivative educational value implied by various sports;making up for the lack of sports spiritual culture;using sports to promote sports spiritual culture and dissemination;promoting the sportsmanship and cultural level of college students. |
