高压氧对急性力竭性运动后血脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶代谢的影响

摘    要:为了探讨HBO对力竭性运动后机体氧自由基代谢的影响,让20名体育系男大学生在自行车功率计上运动至力竭,然后随机分成HBO组和对照组,他们分别在HBO和自然状态下恢复约120Min。在运动前、运动后和运动后2小时(恢复期)测定血清LPO含量和SOD活力。实验结果表明:短时间的力竭性运动使机体氧自由基的产生和清除处于一种高水平状态,并不破坏其平衡;适当的HBO可以提高机体清除氧自由基的能力,有利于运动疲劳的恢复。

Abstract:in order to study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO)on the oxygen free radical metablism of the organ ism after acute exhaustive exers ie, 20 students f rom Physical Fducat ion Dept. were devided randomly into the HBO group and the control group. The HBO group was composed of 10 students who rehabilitate in hyperbaric chamber breathing oxygen for about 6C min, and the control group.was composed of other 10 students who rehabilitate in natural condition.The serum LPO content and SOD were measured before and after the exercises,and two hours aftar the exercises respectively.The results showed that a brief exhaustive exercise made the producing and scavenging of oxygen free radicals in organism in a high level and didn't destroy the former balance, and that proper HBO might increase the ablity of organ ism scavenging oxygen free radicals and be helpful to the recovery from fatigue.
