| 摘 要： | 通过运动生物力学测试和比较分析的方法,对7名一级男子跳高运动员最后两步助跑与起跳技术进行运动学分析,结果表明,男子一级水平的跳高运动员在技术上主要表现为助跑最后两步步长较短,助跑速度相对较慢,起跳过程中摆动腿动作幅度与高水平运动员相比有一定的差距,提高我国运动员跳高最后两步的助跑速度与摆动腿、臂的技术动作将有利于我国运动员进一步提高其运动成绩和跳高技术水平.

| Abstract: | By the method of kinetic analysis and comparison, this article discussed the technique of the last two strides and take -off in high jump ,the characteristics of our high jumpers' technique are as follows: their approaching speeds are relatively slower, their last two strides are shorter than elite high jumpers, and furthermore, the swing scopes of their swing legs are obviously less than high level jumpers. To improve our college high jumpers' performance, we must increase their approaching speed, and enhance their technique of swing leg and swing arm as well.. |
