| 摘 要： | 体育课程目标是学校课程体系的重要组成部分，是体育课程设置的出发点和归宿，是实施素质教育和培养德智体全面发展人才不可或缺的重要“航标”。研究各学段体育课程目标领域衔接，合理安排各层级体育课程的目标任务，使学生在走向社会之前接受系统的体育教育，养成良好的锻炼习惯，掌握科学锻炼身体的理论和方法，树立终身体育的意识，从而达到终身受益的目的，具有一定的理论和现实意义。
