摘    要:体育课程目标是学校课程体系的重要组成部分,是体育课程设置的出发点和归宿,是实施素质教育和培养德智体全面发展人才不可或缺的重要“航标”。研究各学段体育课程目标领域衔接,合理安排各层级体育课程的目标任务,使学生在走向社会之前接受系统的体育教育,养成良好的锻炼习惯,掌握科学锻炼身体的理论和方法,树立终身体育的意识,从而达到终身受益的目的,具有一定的理论和现实意义。
