| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、数理统计、比较分析等研究方法,对CBA和NBA联赛中体育服务质量进行了比较分析与探讨,研究结果显示:与NBA联赛相比,目前CBA联赛在环境设施、场地器材等硬件服务方面存在着一些不足;同时,在工作人员、活动内容等软服务方面CBA也有待于进一步的提高。并在此研究基础上,为提高我国CBA联赛服务质量,更好地打造CBA品牌,提出了相应的建议,以供理论参考。

| Abstract: | By means of literature reviews,mathematical statistics and comparison,this paper compares and analyzes the CBA and NBA sports server quality.The result shows:NBA is better than CBA on the aspects of condition and equipment and so on;On the other hand,CBA should enhance itself on the workers and actives.On the base of the research,the paper puts forward some advices for the CBA server quality. |
